With hard work comes reward. By setting goals and working toward them participants of Project Takeoff will learn first hand how dedication toward a goal will bring success to their careers.

RESPONSIBILITY

Participants will learn that teamwork is what makes dreams work. Everyone will have assigned tasks they will complete individually and as part of a team to learn the importance of taking responsibility for actions.

PRIDE

Throughout the program, participants will learn the importance of taking pride in the choices they make. They will learn to be proud of their accomplishments and in turn be proud of themselves.
